Reporting a Positive COVID Result
 

Day 0 - Positive Result

 

Log the results here with the NHS:

Contact school to discuss the positive result and share the confirmation from the NHS.

 

Day 1-4  - Isolate at home completing online learning

 

Day 5 - Complete a Lateral Flow Test at home, remain isolated at home completing online learning

• If the test was negative, the student can attend school the next day

 

• If the test was positive, the student will need to remain at home

 

Day 6  (If day 5 was negative) –  Complete a lateral Flow Test in school

 

• If the school test is negative the student will remain in school.

 

• If the school test is positive the student will need to return home and school will contact home to discuss the next step

 

Day 6  (If day 5 was positive) – Remain at home

 

• Keep testing your child each day and log the results here:

• Once the result is negative the student can be tested in school the next day.

 

• The results will be closely monitored so that if it gets to Day 7 School will make contact with you to discuss next step.

 

Please note: If Day 5 is a Friday or Saturday – do the Day 5 test on the Sunday
