As part of a unit of work on health and wellbeing students in year 7 have been exploring the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We have discussed the factors that can contribute to good health and students have also used created personal health plans setting mini targets for themselves to improve their health and wellbeing for example setting a specific time for bed, remembering to floss their teeth or committing to exercise three times each week. During lessons the students have also used a smoothie bike to create a healthy drink as an alternative to their favourite fizzy pop! Good luck in sticking to your plans year 7!
